To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

After 30 days from the delivery date, all sales are final.

Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Ship the Item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the return accordingly.


Shipping Issues & Delivery Concerns

If you experience any shipping delays, delivery issues, or believe your package was not received, you must contact us immediately so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Failure to contact us regarding delivery concerns before filing a dispute may delay resolution.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
