Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact helloalluringrosess@gmail.com within 48 hours with photo proof. A replacement will be provided once the issue is verified, giving you peace of mind.
Custom Orders & Cancellations
All custom or personalized items are final sale. Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
