Is the custom video ready to play when the rose box arrives?
Your custom video will be created and emailed to you, but it is not pre-loaded onto the box.
To play it, simply download the video we send you, connect the box to a computer using the USB cable, and drag the file into the “Video” folder. Once added, your video will play automatically when the box is opened.

How long can the files I upload be?
Simply attach 7-10 of your favorite photos and/or videos, and our talented editing team will carefully combine them into a seamless, heartfelt video.
